Late yesterday, I found out that something I had been looking forward to was cancelled, and it hit me hard. For a few minutes, I felt upset and frustrated, like I had in the past when things didn't go as planned. But after about five minutes of stewing over it, I made the choice not to let this setback derail my progress. I shifted my mindset, started thinking positively, and focused on making a new plan. Win for me!
This morning, I woke up with no regrets. I had the day off work and didn’t waste time feeling down. Instead, I jumped right into crafting and, by 10 a.m., had already logged 5,000 steps. Another win for me! Yes, I can do this!
