All orders are processed within 5-7 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  You are able to choose your method. 

Scrappy Friends Crafty Concoctions (SFCC) is not responsible for postal service problems.  Problems that occur once a package has been placed with the delivery provider are outside the control of SFCC.  

Local Pickup

If you live in Kankakee County, we can schedule a time to meet to receive your order in a public place.  I live close to Northfield Square Mall, Hobby Lobby or Walmart.   Message me to set up a time and place for you to receive your order. 

When checking out, select pick up on the information page.  After the order has been placed, select "Contact me" at the bottom of the home page and send me a message of where you would like to meet to pick up the order.  

Local Delivery

For orders $20 and above, we charge $3 for local delivery.

Governors State University Delivery

If you are on the campus of Governors State University during the week (excluding holidays), message me to set up a time and place for you to receive your order.  I usually take lunch around 12:30 - 1: 30.  That would be the best time.  I am a walker so I have no problem delivering to your office.
