1.  Why is my 5th card not showing as free?

     To receive a free 5th card, you must purchase 5 - $2.50 cards.  See "Buy 4 get 5th FREE" category to see the cards that are eligible for this discount.

     Did you enter enter the word  Quantity  in the discount code box on the shipping page at check out?  If not, please go back to this page and enter the code.  Apply the discount code and you should see $2.50 subtract from your total. 

2.  Why is the business called Scrappy Friends when there is only person selling concoctions?

     The hope is that some of my friends will eventually add some of their abundance completed cards or concoctions to the page to benefit charity.

3.  How can I determine if new items have been added since the last time I visited the site?

    On the home page, click "Catalog".  Choose "Filter By".  Select "Date, new to old".   This will filter the items on the site from the newest to the oldest.  

4.  Do you take custom orders?

    Since I currently have a full time job, I am unable to create a custom order.  However, please send me a message with a request of what you are looking for and I can ask one of my Scrappy Friends if they would be able to fulfill your request.

5.  Why does it take so long to ship my item?

    I currently have a full time job.  Unfortunately, there are times I need to work extra hours.  During these times, I may not get to an order right away.  The longest that it will take is 5-7 days.  I expect that most times I will be able to ship items in 3-4 days.

6.  I saw a card that I like, can you re-create it?

     Many times cards are made with leftover supplies I have from putting together my children's scrapbooks.  All I can say is ask and I can let you know if it is possible or not.
