Refund policy
All sales are final. Exchanges or website credit only will be offered for items damaged in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to notify us at lindacraftcon@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available a store credit will be granted to purchase a different replacement item.
Email a picture of the damaged item and packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase to lindacraftcon@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we we will notify you by return email.
